Principle: Through adding hydraulic liquid and axial supplement to pipe, then pressing the pipe to mold cavity to form the specific shape pieces. This is suitable for large quantity of light abnormity section member. Main process: Bending-preforming-hydro forming. Advantages: Loose weight 15%-30%, small quantity parts, good stiffness and integrity, high material utilization, low cost of mold and parts. Hydroforming hydraulic press is composed of "Mold clamping press" and "high pressure system" . High pressure system is included at level servo cylinder, pressurize, hydraulic system, water pressure system and computer control system. Automatical process actions: Mold clamping-adding mold clamping force-water medium filling and recycle-judging high pressure sealing-completing load curve-synchronous unload inner pressure-return punch head-open mold. Mold clamping press and hydroforming system have independent control system, online to make whole hydroforming hydraulic press to finish full a automatically manufacture and independent to use. In the process of hydroforming, mold clamping force is change by inner pressure, to reduce mold size, stress and transforming to avoid pipe expanding to make mold breaking. Loading curve closed loope is controlled to do digital loading. On the over pressure 400MPa conditions,according to process requirements, inner pressure and axial displacement are achieved digital loading through cooperating soft and hard ware.
