The CKINSTO Ignitability Tester is a fully-equipped flammability testing system designed for evaluating the burning characteristics of plastic materials used in electrical devices and appliances. It supports both Horizontal (HB) and Vertical (V-0 / V-1 / V-2) flammability test methods under the UL 94 standard. This system features a large combustion chamber, precision burner assembly, and PLC-based control for accurate, safe, and repeatable testing.Purpose This apparatus is used to determine: · Flame propagation rate in horizontal test mode. · After-flame time, after-glow time, and dripping behavior in vertical mode. · Material classification as HB, V-0, V-1, or V-2 according to UL 94. · Safety compliance for plastics used in electronics, appliances, automotive, lighting and consumer goods. It provides manufacturers, QC labs, and certification bodies with a reliable solution to validate flame-retardant material performance.
