INCLINED CONVEYORS – MICRON INDIA
Micron India manufactures and supplies Inclined Conveyors for pharmaceutical, food-processing, chemical, agricultural, and general industrial applications. An inclined conveyor is designed to transfer materials from a lower level to a higher level, helping automate material handling and reduce manual lifting.
Depending on the material and application, the conveyor can be designed as a belt conveyor, screw conveyor, bucket conveyor, or cleated conveyor.

Working Principle
Material is loaded into the feeding hopper or conveyor inlet. The drive system moves the conveying element upward along the inclined frame. Depending on the conveyor design, the material is carried by a belt, moved by a rotating screw, or lifted in buckets. At the discharge point, the material transfers to the next machine or collection container.
Types of Inclined Conveyors
1. Inclined Belt Conveyor
Suitable for boxes, packaged goods, food products, and compatible bulk materials. Cleated belts can help prevent material from slipping backward.
2. Inclined Screw Conveyor
Suitable for powders, granules, and bulk solids that can be conveyed by a rotating screw inside a trough or tube.
3. Inclined Bucket Conveyor
Suitable for lifting bulk materials in individual buckets, particularly where controlled transfer and reduced spillage are important.
