A Manual Induction Cap Sealing Machine is a portable device used to seal containers with a foil or metal cap using electromagnetic induction. The machine generates a high-frequency magnetic field that heats up the foil or metal cap, creating a hermetic seal between the cap and the container. The operator places the cap onto the container and moves the sealing head over the cap. When the sealing head is activated, the magnetic field heats up the cap, melting the sealant layer and bonding the cap to the container.
