An Industrial Bullet Magnet (also known as a cartridge or spout magnet) is an efficient, inline magnetic separator used to remove ferrous "tramp" contaminants—like nuts, bolts, and staples—from dry, free-flowing materials in pneumatic or gravity-fed pipelines.Key Features: Magnetic Strength: Available in strengths ranging from 3,000 to 14,000 Gauss. High-intensity Rare Earth (Neodymium) models are used for fine particles, while Ferrite models handle larger tramp metal. Durable Construction: Typically made from 304 or 316 grade stainless steel for corrosion resistance and hygiene. Easy Maintenance: Most units feature a hinged door that allows the magnet to swing out for manual cleaning. Some models include an "EZ-Clean" stripper sleeve to quickly wipe off collected debris. Throughput Capacity: Industrial models can handle flow rates from 1 to 20 Tons Per Hour (TPH) depending on the inlet/outlet diameter
