Industrial chillers are used for controlled cooling of products, mechanisms and factory machinery in a wide range of industries.An industrial chiller is a refrigeration system used to lower the temperature of machinery, industrial spaces, and process fluids by removing heat from the system and transferring it elsewhere.Commonly used to cool products and machinery, water chillers are used in a multitude of different applications including injection molding, tool and die cutting, food and beverage, chemicals, lasers, machine tool, semi-conductors and more.A chiller (cooling water circulation device) is a general term for a device that controls the temperature by circulating a liquid such as water or heat medium as a cooling liquid whose temperature was adjusted by the refrigerant cycle.Chillers operate on the principle of compression or absorption of a vapor. They are designed to provide a continuous flow of coolant to maintain a preset temperature. As the diagram shows, they are a continually circulating system of fluid that lowers the temperature by removing heat.
