Available with body diameters of 0.31" to 2.76" (8 to 70 mm) and supports forces range from 0.4 Kg to 1326 Kg. ACE push type gas springs offer a huge variety and maximum service life. ACE industrial gas push type springs are used on covers, lids, or other components. They are used in industrial applications, automation and machine building, medical technology as well as in the electronics, automobile and furniture industries. Industrial gas springs made of steel which are rust free and used food grade oil for FDA compliance. These gas springs are widely used in food, electronics and shipbuilding industries. Industrial Gas Springs - Pull Type: Pull type Industrial gas springs are self-contained, maintenance-free machine elements and equipped with a standard valve to individually regulate the gas pressure. They cover forces between 3 Kg to 510 Kg. Used in industrial applications, automation and machine building, especially in test equipment and in medical technology as well as in the electronics and furniture industries. Stainless steel gas springs are also visually appealing, very durable. These stainless steel are used in industries such as the chemical and food industry, in automobiles, plant engineering and shipbuilding and also in medical, military, environmental and water supply technology. Top Features: These are self-contained systems, filled with pressurized nitrogen. The gas spring consistently works in a temperature range from -20°C to +80°C. Hydraulic oil is used for the end damping. In operation the gas spring acts against the weight force of the lid. The gas spring can be mounted in any position.
