Sulfonated Melamine Formaldehyde (SMF) Powder is a high-range water-reducing superplasticizer designed for use in cement and concrete systems. Produced through the sulfonation of melamine and subsequent polymerization with formaldehyde, SMF is a free-flowing, dust-free powder that ensures superior dispersing action in concrete mixtures.Key Features: Excellent Water Reduction: Reduces water content by up to 25%, allowing for lower water-cement ratios without compromising workability. High Early Strength Development: Enhances early strength gain, making it ideal for precast and prestressed concrete applications. Superior Workability: Provides excellent flow characteristics even at low water content, improving placement and surface finish. Thermal Stability: Performs well in both hot and cold climates, with minimal influence on setting times.
