The Industrial Reverse Osmosis System, FRP & SS is designed for industrial water purification across factories, plants, and large facilities. This plant cleans water for factories, power stations and other large sites. It forces raw water through polyamide reverse osmosis membranes, which hold back salts, metals plus microbes. The frame, pressure tubes and pipework use filament wound fibreglass (FRP) but also stainless steel - the parts survive years of high pressure and chemical exposure. The layout keeps every pump, valve as well as gauge within easy reach - loose parts are few - scheduled service takes little time. Output stays steady, hour after hour, without sudden drops in flow or purity. An Indian manufacturer, builds each skid to ISO norms and pressure vessel codes - completed units sit in the warehouse, ready for truck loading or same day dispatch.
