This Industrial Reverse Osmosis Water Plant, Capacity: 1000 Ltrs Per Hour treats 1000 litres of water each hour. It serves factories and other industrial sites that need large volumes of clean water. The plant runs without manual intervention because every valve, pump or sensor follows a programmed sequence. Feed water that contains up to 1000 ppm of dissolved salts enters the unit - the membrane blocks the salts and sends low-TDS water to the outlet. The frame, pressure tubes next to pumps consist of materials selected for continuous duty. 1000a assembled the unit and keeps replacement parts in stock. A factory receives the plant on a skid, connects inlet, outlet plus drain lines then starts production right away. Access ports and labelled components allow technicians to reach any part that needs service - downtime stays short.
