INDUSTRIAL RIBBON BLENDER – MICRON INDIA
Micron India manufactures and supplies Industrial Ribbon Blenders for efficient mixing and homogenization of dry powders, granules, and compatible bulk materials. The machine uses a horizontal U-shaped mixing trough fitted with inner and outer helical ribbons to move materials in opposite axial directions, producing a uniform blend.
Industrial Ribbon Blenders are widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, agricultural, cosmetic, and other manufacturing industries. Machine capacity and construction can be customized to suit production requirements.

Working Principle
The ingredients are loaded into the horizontal mixing trough. When the motor and gearbox rotate the ribbon shaft, the outer ribbon moves material toward one end while the inner ribbon moves it toward the opposite end. This counter-directional movement, combined with radial circulation, helps distribute ingredients throughout the batch.
After the required mixing cycle, the blended material is discharged through the bottom outlet.
