An Automatic Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant with a capacity of 500 LPH (Litres Per Hour) / 10 KLD (Kilolitres Per Day) specifically designed for Hotel and Resort applications is a premium, fully automated, and high-performance water purification system engineered to deliver consistently pure, safe, and great-tasting drinking and process water meeting the stringent water quality demands of the hospitality industry. Hotels and resorts require high-quality purified water for drinking, cooking, food preparation, beverage making, ice production, laundry, boiler feed, and cooling tower makeup, making a reliable and efficient RO plant an essential infrastructure investment. Operating on the principle of Reverse Osmosis, pressurized feed water is forced through high-rejection TFC semi-permeable membranes housed in corrosion-resistant FRP pressure vessels, rejecting up to 95-99% of dissolved salts, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, fluoride, and all other contaminants delivering purified water with safe TDS levels meeting BIS 10500 and WHO drinking water quality standards. The complete system comprises a Pre-treatment Section including sediment filter, activated carbon filter, and antiscalant dosing system, a High-Pressure Pump, FRP-housed RO Membrane Vessels, Post-treatment pH Correction and Remineralization Unit, UV Disinfection and Chlorination System, and a fully Automatic PLC Control Panel with auto start/stop, high-pressure protection, auto-flush, low-level cut-off, and real-time TDS monitoring, all mounted on a sleek stainless steel skid frame. This RO Plant is ideally suited for boutique hotels, resorts, lodges, and serviced apartments ensuring uninterrupted supply of premium quality purified water, enhancing guest satisfaction, protecting equipment from scale and corrosion, and reducing dependence on costly packaged drinking water.
