The ingot casting conveyor belts are used to turn liquid metal into ingots or other desired forms. They are mainly used for recycling or remelting magnesium, zinc and aluminum alloys. The ingot moulds are manufactured and designed to meet your needs, and their size and weight is customisable. Ingot casting is the process of creating ingots out of metals. The metal is melted and refined and then poured into a mold. The metal then solidifies, forming the ingot, at which time the mold is removed and the ingot is soaked in heating pits.Depending on material and size, it plays an important role in the construction industry and in the manufacturing of tool and construction machinery. Ingots produced by casting can weight 300 kilos to 9 tons, hence they are especially used within the heavy industry, the shipbuilding sector and in heavy-duty cranes.
