The CKINSTO Ingress Protection (IP) Test Equipment is a comprehensive and versatile testing system designed to evaluate the water, dust, and environmental resistance of electrical and electronic products according to IEC 60529 Ingress Protection standards. The system allows manufacturers and laboratories to determine IP ratings from IPX1 to IPX9, ensuring products can withstand water exposure (rain, sprays, jets, and immersion) and dust ingress in real-world conditions. The CKINSTO IP Test Equipment is widely used by electrical and electronics manufacturers, automotive and EV component suppliers, lighting industries, consumer electronics companies, and research laboratories to ensure product reliability, durability, and compliance with international standards before market release. This all-in-one IP testing system includes: Drip Box Test Chamber (IPX1 / IPX2) – controlled water drip tests Rain Test Chamber (IPX3 / IPX4) – simulated rainfall for enclosures and luminaires Water Jet Test Chamber (IPX5 / IPX6) – high-pressure spray and jet testing Immersion Test Tank (IPX7 / IPX8) – submersion testing for waterproof devices High-Pressure Water Jet Test (IPX9) – water jets at elevated pressure and temperature Dust Test Chamber (IP5X / IP6X) – dry dust and powder testing Probe Kits – for checking ingress in small openings, cable entries, and connector ports The equipment features precision spray nozzles, adjustable water and dust flow, rotating specimen platforms, specimen holding fixtures, and PLC/HMI-based control systems for accurate and repeatable results. It is built from SS304 stainless steel and powder-coated MS for durability and long-term use.
