PUF Panel shelters enclosers and cabinets that houses and protects sophisticated and costly communication equipment/modules are Just as important as the equipment or modules itself. The function of a Shelter is to protect the equipment required for GSM/CDMA network from the harsh outside environment. Although most of these shelters look the same, their design may vary according to the environmental conditions prevailing in a given region.

SVARN presents its range of modular "knock-down" shelters (i.e. shelters that are supplied completely disassembled for erection at site). Modular shelters can be placed on high buildings without the need for special installation methods and arrangements. In addition, their modular construction does not require any highly skilled installation personnel and greatly reduces the amount of time required for their assembling. For large-scale projects, SVARN can provide Modular shelters especially designed for bulk packing, which significantly reduces the freight costs.

The mtenor core IS a fire retardant CTC-free foam of 40 Kg/m' density

Throughout the length of the Shelter the panels are linked together with cam-locks

All windows and doors are manufactured at our factory and are flush fitted

The floor has unique construction with Marine grade plywood covered with Vinyl Antistatic material and integrated Galvanized ISMB and ISMC grid, eliminating the need for expensive foundations

The entire Sheller can be erected on the ground itself, or on concrete pods based on soil conditions present at the site

The bolting up of the entire floor grid makes It possible to completely dismantle It. and no part is welded to form a permanent JOint an M S Step ladder is provided for entry/exit

All fittings are of stainless steel and thus, do not get rusted and Roxtec waveguide entry for Cables.

Easy to refit, these steel parts are galvanized according to IS Standards with a coating thickness of 70 to 90 microns, for tonicity of steel parts

To ensure trouble free assembly at site, the entire Shelter is completely dry fitted at the factory and every part is coded and numbered to make reorder and site trouble shooting easy
