INSULATION RING – 18650 (+) 5P RING
is a precision-made insulating gasket designed specifically for 18650 lithium-ion battery cells arranged in a 5P (five cells in parallel) configuration. It is installed on the positive (+) terminal to ensure safe electrical insulation during battery pack assembly and operation.
This insulation ring plays a critical role in preventing short circuits by isolating the positive terminal from nickel strips, bus bars, or nearby conductive surfaces. Manufactured from high-quality, heat-resistant insulating material, it withstands the heat generated during spot welding and high-current battery usage.
