This Tile Making Machine is used for manufacture of cement tiles by using moulds which are worked upon manually. The main features include electro-hydraulic pressing operation using solenoid controls, timer controlled operation for uniform pressing, single button operation for pressing and return specially designed hydraulic seals for working under dusty conditions, hard chrome plated special steel piston, deep forged cylinder and mainly a rigid and robust frame for long life and trouble free operation. The hydraulic tank and the power pack is placed on the top of the frame or separated fitted which forms an integral part of the machine, which ensure maintenance free operation, eliminating the use of cumbersome hose connections.
