The CKINSTO IPX3 / IPX4 Spray Test Chamber is a precision environmental testing system designed to evaluate the water resistance of electrical and electronic products under simulated spray and rain conditions. It is used to determine the IPX3 and IPX4 ingress protection ratings as per IEC 60529 standards. This testing equipment is widely used by electrical equipment manufacturers, automotive and EV component suppliers, lighting industries, consumer electronics companies, and testing laboratories to ensure products can withstand angled water spray and rainfall without water ingress or functional failure. The chamber is equipped with precision nozzles, adjustable water flow, rotating specimen platform, and PLC/HMI-based control system, allowing accurate simulation of spray angles and uniform water exposure for reliable testing results.
