IR Heaters, 220 V

Product Details

I R Heaters are such devices with a higher temperature which exchanges energy to a body with a low temperature through electromagnetic radiation. Contingent upon the temperature of the radiating body, the wavelength of the infrared radiation ranges from 780 nm to 1 mm. The relationship between temperature and wavelength is communicated by the Stefan-Boltzmann Law. No contact or medium between the two bodies is required for the energy transfer. At Shiva Heater these Industrial I R Heaters are made out of melded silica glass tubes or incolloy tubes, high review Kanthal or Nickrothal wire components and nonmagnetic terminals, heat safe backings and high cleaned aluminium reflectors. The Electric I R Heaters implies vitality exchange by electromagnetic field. The wave length of infrared radiation reaches out from 750 mm to radio frequencies P. Offered to clients at the low bottom cost, this Infra Red Heater is known to be one of the first decisions of major clients. Owing to the ideal execution, high productivity and least upkeep, these items are exceedingly requested in the business.Applications Of I R HeatersThermoforming ProcessWashed GlassManufacturing Shrink WrappingsTempering GlassDrying Raw & Printed PaperDrying Glued Wood OR Furniture PartsHeating Chocolate CoatingsHeating Processed Cheese etc.Drying Ceramic Tiles Features and size :We make available this type of heater in standard size of :122mm x 122mm245mm x 60mm122mm x 60mmThese heaters are available in power ratings of 250w, 400w, 600w, 800w & 1000w and come with and without thermocouple. Advantages Of I R Heaters:Fast heatingLess chance of overheatingEasy to clamp or un clampCover more hear areaFully shock proof
