The Aarkeylab High Temperature Muffle Furnace is engineered for precision and reliability in high-temperature applications. With a robust design, it offers exceptional thermal stability and uniform heating, making it ideal for materials testing, ceramics, and metal processing. The furnace features an intuitive control system for easy operation and monitoring, ensuring optimal performance in laboratory and industrial settings. Its durable construction and advanced insulation technology enhance energy efficiency while maintaining safety standards.Light weight Ceramic Fiber wool insulation (instead of Brick Insulation). The outer casing is made of Double walled thick PCRC sheet reattached with thick perforated sheet on the bottom portion, painted with attractive stove enamel. The distinct feature of perforated sheet is that it prevents the temperature control unit from very high heat.Heating element are made of Kanthal "A-1" wire in coil form placed in the ribs of the tiles backed by Ceramic wool insulations to avoid loss of heat energy.The weight & size of the furnace is of one quarter and 30% respectively as compared to brick furnace. Temperature is controlled by Digital Temperature Indicating Controller (PID type) to work on 220 V AC : Working Temperature: :: Up to 900 ºC : Max.
