The Wood Heat Treatment Plant (Forced Hot Air Treatment Plant) is specially designed for safe and efficient heat treatment of wooden packaging materials such as pallets, crates, boxes, and dunnage. The system ensures proper treatment of wood to eliminate pests, insects, and harmful organisms, making it suitable for export packaging as per international phytosanitary standards. It operates with a uniform forced hot air circulation system that maintains consistent temperature throughout the chamber, ensuring reliable and effective treatment of all wooden materials. The chamber is constructed with high-quality insulated panels using Glasswool insulation, which minimizes heat loss and improves energy efficiency. A powerful air circulation system ensures even heat distribution for uniform treatment results. The plant is designed to handle 50 to 500 wooden pallets per batch, depending on chamber size and customer requirements. For operational flexibility, the system is available with three heating options: Waste Wood Fired Furnace, Diesel Fired System, and Electric Heaters. The plant is built with heavy-duty industrial construction and large loading doors for easy pallet handling.
