The LIVPRO-5000 IV Fluid Manufacturing Plant is a high-capacity, industrial-scale pharmaceutical processing system designed for the preparation, mixing, homogenization, filtration, and transfer of intravenous (IV) fluid formulations under controlled hygienic and sterile manufacturing conditions.With a nominal working capacity of 5000 litres and a gross vessel capacity of 6000 litres, the LIVPRO-5000 is engineered to meet the requirements of large pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities involved in high-volume production of large-volume parenteral (LVP) solutions and other compatible sterile liquid formulations.Developed by LITCO Machinery Pvt. Ltd., the LIVPRO-5000 combines robust pharmaceutical-grade construction, high-performance mixing technology, temperature-control arrangements, advanced filtration integration, and automated process-control capabilities.The plant is designed to support efficient large-batch production while maintaining important pharmaceutical manufacturing considerations such as product consistency, hygienic processing, contamination control, operational reliability, and ease of maintenance.Its large processing capacity and customizable engineering configuration make it suitable for pharmaceutical companies planning to establish or expand their IV fluid manufacturing infrastructure.The LIVPRO-5000 is manufactured using carefully selected stainless steel materials suitable for pharmaceutical liquid processing applications.All product-contact parts are constructed from SS 316 stainless steel, while non-product-contact parts are manufactured using SS 304 stainless steel.SS 316 stainless steel provides excellent corrosion resistance and is widely used in pharmaceutical processing equipment because of its suitability for demanding product-contact applications.The vessel and associated product-contact components are designed with hygienic construction considerations, including suitable surface finishes, sanitary connections, smooth internal surfaces, and appropriate drainage arrangements.The equipment is manufactured with a paint-free construction approach for suitable pharmaceutical processing components, supporting hygienic operation and easier inspection.
