Product Details
J-type thermocouple is a commonly used temperature sensor, composed of iron and constantan (a copper-nickel alloy) wires, with a temperature range of -210°C to +760°C (-346°F to 1400°F). It's known for being inexpensive and reliable, especially in reducing atmospheres and at lower temperatures. However, it has a shorter lifespan and a more limited temperature range compared to some other types like K-type, especially at higher temperatures.
