JBD ESS 15S-100AMP SMART BMS - Yati Infotech Solution The JBD 15S 100A Smart BMS is a Battery Management System engineered for 15-cell (15S) LiFePO₄ battery packs — typically giving a nominal pack voltage around 48 V. It supports 100 A continuous discharge current, with protection circuitry that guards against over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit, and temperature extremes, helping ensure safety and pack longevity. The BMS also includes cell-balancing functionality (usually passive balancing), which helps keep all cells within the pack at similar voltages — a key factor for long-term battery health and consistent performance. What makes it especially suitable for "Energy Storage System (ESS)" or off-grid applications is its design as a common-port BMS (same port used for charging and discharging), which simplifies wiring and installation for home battery banks, solar backup systems, and UPS/inverter setups.
