JBD ESS 16S-100AMP SMART BMS - Yati Infotech SolutionThe JBD ESS 16S-100A Smart BMS is a battery management system built for 16-cell (16S) lithium-iron-phosphate (LiFePO₄) battery packs — nominally around 51.2 V. It supports 100 A continuous charge and discharge current, making it suitable for mid-power energy storage, inverter/UPS systems, or electric vehicle battery pack use. It provides comprehensive safety and management: protections against over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit, and temperature extremes — safeguarding both battery pack and connected devices. The BMS also includes cell-balancing (passive balancing) to keep all 16 cells at matching voltages, which extends battery life and ensures stable operation over many cycles. For monitoring and configuration, the BMS supports communication interfaces (built-in Bluetooth by default, and optional UART / RS485 / CAN) — so you can monitor real-time cell voltages, pack voltage, current, temperature, and configure settings via a mobile app or PC software. Because of this combination of reliability, safety, and smart-monitoring, this BMS is ideal for home solar energy storage (ESS), inverter/UPS battery packs, small-to-medium EV battery systems, and custom LiFePO₄ battery banks.
