Auto feed (Bunch Cutting) – Auto Clamping – Auto Cut piece Ejecting, PLC & Servo Control Machine, Length Accuracy within +/- 0.10 mm. programmable up to 5 different lengths.Main Motor 7.5HP, Output RPM = Variable between 12-120.Material Feeding is servo operated.Clamping Source is Hydraulic.Cutting feeding source – Hydraulic.A fully automatic 1-Axis Servo cutting machine with bundle cut option. Servo- PLC control machine with 7” touch screen interface with programmable cutting schedule. User can feed in 5 different sizes, each size can have counter and resettable counter for complete data keeping. Machine RPM is controlled through PLC. 6 interlock/ protection (alarms) eliminate malfunction or accident due human or other circumstantial mistakes/error.
