The premade pouch packing machine is used to package products that are already in a pouch, while the form fill seal machine is used to create pouches from a roll of film.Those two machines are synced electronically, so that as soon as the bag is ready, the product is dropped in automatically. Once the product has dropped into the bag, the top is sealed. The sealing jaws press the 2 parts of the overlapping material and weld them, often with heating, to create a side or centre seal.Instead of forming bags from a roll of flat packaging material, this machine is loaded with bags that are already formed into their end shape (premade pouches). The bags are then fed into the machine where they are opened, filled with product, and sealed shut.
