Automation and Precision: Modern jet looms are equipped with electronic sensors that monitor yarn tension and breakage in real-time. If a "mispick" occurs, the machine can automatically stop or, in advanced models, even repair the error. High Fabric Quality: The non-contact nature of the insertion (the yarn "flies" through the air or water) means there is less friction on the warp yarns, resulting in fewer defects and a smoother finish.
