Supply of 30/60MM THICK PRE-FABRICATED SANDWICH PUF ROOFING PANEL -Composite insulated panels having on top side Trapezoidal profile 28-30 mm deep & 200 mm pitch with 1000 mm ffective cover width. The profile having 2-3 secondary ribs in pan and an anti-capillary flute at side overlap shall be made of 0.50 TCT pre- painted high tensile galvalume/zincalume steel grade AZ 150 having hot dipped metallic Zinc- Aluminium alloy coating (150 gms/sqm, Zinc 45%, Al 55%) as per AS 1897-1993 having 550 MPA yield strength A bottom liner tray made of 0.40 mm TCT pre-painted High tensile galvalume /Zincalume steel grade AZ 150 of similar specification as for the top sheet in approved colour including side and end laps. The panels shall have 30 mm thick (min) insulation core of rigid polyurethane foam 40 kg/cum density to the requirement of IS- 12436-68. The panels of customised length shall have a return leg tongue to ensure snug & Air- tight joinery at bottom. The overlap side shall have an Isolation tape to prevent thermal bridge. Supply of 40MM THICK PRE-FABRICATED SANDWICH PUF WALL PANEL -: Providing of 40 mm thick PUF insulated Wall Panel with top side 0.50mm PPGL Sheet (as per material specifications mentioned above) & bottom side 0.40mm PPGL Sheet and 40±2 Kg Density having supply width of 1190mm & effective cover width of 1170mm. These panels shall have tongue & groove system
