It's commonly used in precision motion systems like CNC machines, servo motors, and encoders due to its zero backlash, high torsional rigidity, and flexibility. Key Features: Material: Usually stainless steel bellows; hubs may be aluminum or steel. Design: Thin-walled metal bellows that flex to absorb misalignment. Torque Transmission: High precision with no backlash. Misalignment Compensation: Axial: ±0.2 to ±0.5 mm (typical) Angular: up to 5° Parallel: up to 0.3 mm Speeds: Suitable for high-speed applications.
