SS Engineers and Consultants introduces the POWERPRESS Belt Press, a highly efficient solution for continuous juice extraction with a capacity of 1200 kg/h. Designed with an integrated juice collection tank and pump, this system eliminates the need for additional equipment, saving both space and costs. The POWERPRESS achieves an impressive juice yield of approximately 75% from apples, with a filtration sieve integrated into the collection tank for a clearer, purer product. The fully automated process ensures that when the mash inlet tank is full, preceding machines stop automatically, and when the juice tank is full, the pump transfers the juice to the desired storage. The system includes a high-pressure washer that continuously cleans the belt, and its simple, engine-free design reduces maintenance costs and extends the machine’s lifespan. The press features pneumatic lifting for easy access during cleaning, adjustable belt tension, and is made entirely of durable stainless steel with adjustable feet for stability. The entire washing process is user-friendly, with all parts easily removable without tools, taking just 15-20 minutes. The POWERPRESS is available in various capacities, including 400, 800, and 1500 models, to suit different efficiency needs.
