Tractor mounted two row Digger elevator with shive system with double frog nose type with to high carbon steel disc of 24 inches fully adjustable has two wheels at the rear to maintain angle of elevation to have nice expose potatoes. Two Elevator conveyor belt with double adjustable angle one below the other is designed to suit the deferent crops. Fully enclosed gears run in oil through C & V type belt and pulley through P.T.O shaft which get drive from gear box working width and depth of two row of 609 mm to 762 mm subject to variation and adjustable. Working capacity is 6-7 acre per day according to the soil conditions. Power required any make of tractor 45 H.P & above with the Hydraulic lift. The double conveyor mechanism helps in destroying the soil clouds and ensure 100% exposure for potatoes even in hard soil conditions and can be operated on high speed after resulting în less time to complete harvesting as compare to normal digger. The fix small Jaal, helps in placing potatoes on the soil from digger.
