Product Details
All metal construction representing sectional view of a typical steam engine covered with a transparent plate. Working model of steam engine can be made to work using an air pump, or even by blowing with mouth. Shows functioning of various parts of a steam engine, such as cylinder-piston, crank, flywheel, connecting rods, etc., and conversion of linear motion of piston rod to the circular motion at the crankshaft. All the working, parts made visible by fitted date on the chamber. It is an all-metallic construction model showing metal cylinder in section cut and is covered with glass plate. Complete with working parts like piston, slide valve, link motion and reversing method can be demonstrated. The movement of the wheel is very smooth to demonstrate the working even by blowing from mouth.
