Product Details
Muffle Furnace:Muffle Furnace is used for incineration of solids. Temperature range up to 1200 ° C Working temperature 1100° C Temperature controlled by energy regulator complete with Pyrometer and Thermocouple. Digital temp controller can be mounted on top side also.Option: Digital temperature indicator-cum controller. Features: High performance Durability Reliable Other Details: Castings are made of thick mild sheet reinforced with iron angles and painted with powder coating. Heating chamber consisting of regular horizontal shape totally enclosed muffle baked at 1200 ºC. Heating element meter made of kanthal wire. Light ceramic insulation provided into furnace body. Furnace are equipped with dependable indicator pyrometer having a scale calibrated in 25 increments at 1200º C. Silver fuse is provided to protect the heating elements pyrometer. Pyrometer is equipped with chrome alumel thermocouple. Furnace can be operated continuously up to 1100º C.
