Product Details
The Laser Hallmarking Machine marks metal parts with a permanent, exact mark. It runs from a normal single phase mains socket - it fits into a standard workshop supply. The source laser repeats between 20 kHz and 400 kHz, which lets the unit work at high speed on steel, aluminium, brass, gold, silver or titanium. A 20-watt beam at 220 volts gives steady power plus keeps the mark sharp and clean.
The unit marks every common industrial metal but also keeps the same line width and depth shift after shift. Model HALLMARK+ hides the complex optics behind a simple keypad as well as pre-set menus. Any plant that needs a fast, non contact, abrasion proof mark on metal parts can install this machine and start work right away.
