The WELDMAN 1500W Laser Welding Machine welds mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum plates up to 8 mm thick with high precision plus speed. A 1500W laser source runs from a normal 220V single phase socket and gives steady output for factory work. The unit works in automatic mode - once the operator sets the program the weld seam moves forward without further help. The laser fires at 800 Hz - this steady pulse rate keeps the bead uniform but also free of pores. The casing is small - yet the internal parts tolerate long production runs and give fine control over penetration depth. Because the machine needs little hand adjustment, each joint repeats the same width as well as strength. Metal-working plants that need a dependable, accurate and largely hands free welder choose this model.
