Description
The lat pulldown is a compound back exercise that involves pulling a weight from above your head to your chest. It's similar to a pull-up, however instead of lifting your body up to a bar, you pull a bar down to your body.Sit facing the Cable Machine with the thighs positioned under the pads. Grip the bar with an overhand grip slightly wider than shoulder width. While leaning back slightly, pull the bar down to the top of the chest while simultaneously pulling the elbows back.
