Modern high-speed geometry, precision-balanced to eliminate vibration during high-speed flyer operation. Material: high-grade alloy steel / forged mild steel / lightweight aluminium alloy. Finish: hard chrome / nickel plating, black oxide / powder coating. Individually dynamically balanced up to 1200–1500 RPM. Maintains steady, uniform pressing tension on the roving for high package density and clean unwinding at the ring frame.
