Product Details
The process of fiber molding begins with pluck or buck objects. Its exact represent about the object supposed to make. Plug, it is made up of different kind of materials and foams. After the formation of plug, it is sprayed with the releasing agents of mould. Mold release agents are basically a special kind of wax or polyvinyl alcohol (PVA). It helps in giving the fine finish to surface. Once gel coat and release agents are applied the different layers of resin and fiber laid on the surface. Fiber which is using it should be identical to the one which is supposed to use in the final product.
