For-Bro Engineers, Pioneer in packaging machine manufacturing since last 35 years offers wide range of Liquid Filling Machine suitable for filling up to 1000ml of liquid or viscous material in pouch/bottles. Liquid Filler Model LF-2D are a volumetric piston filling machine, widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, hygiene , color, pesticides and soap industries. LF-2D is a liquid filling machines specially designed for forming liquids such as liquid Soaps, Detergent, cleaner , Phenyl etc. where the forming of the product makes it difficult to be filled. The diving nozzle mechanism is synchronized with the filling of the container. Actual filling starts from bottom of the jar and then nozzle is lifted slowly in tandem with filling which ensures that the forming is not created while filling the material. Variable frequency drive can be provided to match the operational efficiency. Machines are also available with a static nozzle and with the multi head mechanism as 2/4/6/8 heads with conveyorized bottle filling system. Machine can be easily integrated with the capping and labeling machines to provide end to end operation.
