A vacuum dehydrator is a total water removal machine designed to be attached to an online or offline system/reservoir/barrel to remove all free & emulsified.Vacuum dehydration is used to remove moisture and gasses from transformer and other types of insulating oils. Moisture and combustible gasses are common contaminants in transformers and other electrical apparatus.The vacuum forming process works by heating a plastic sheet, forming it into a shaped vacuum forming tool using vacuum, cooling the plastic sheet until it sets hard & then removing the part from the tool.Low Vacuum – also called rough vacuum, is a vacuum that can be achieved or measured by basic equipment such as a vacuum cleaner. Medium Vacuum – is a vacuum that is typically achieved by a single pump, but the pressure is too low to measure with a mechanical manometer.
