New Wave Machinery manufactures this Lug Capping Machine with SS 304 steel because this material does not rust and lasts for a long time. It is a semi automatic unit that runs on single phase 220V power at 50 Hz. For bottles that require lug closures, this machine applies the caps in a consistent manner. By adjusting the conveyor height between 850 and 910 mm, operators can align the machine with other equipment to lower physical strain.
