Lusin® Lub PZO 152 – High-Performance Lubricating and Assembly Paste Brand: Chem-Trend Product Code: Lusin® Lub PZO 152 Description: Lusin® Lub PZO 152 is a specialized lubricating and assembly paste formulated with mineral oil and a blend of inorganic solid lubricants. Designed for use in plastic processing machines, it provides long-term lubrication and protection against high-pressure conditions, corrosion (including fretting corrosion), and stick-slip phenomena. This lubricant is particularly effective on core slides and ejector pins, ensuring smooth operation under both static and dynamic loads. Corrosion Protection: Guards against corrosion, including fretting corrosion, extending the lifespan of components. Easy Application: Spreads easily and adheres reliably to friction points, ensuring consistent lubrication. Applications: Lusin® Lub PZO 152 is ideal for lubricating core slides and ejector pins in plastic processing machines. It is suitable for maintenance and repair purposes, especially for sliding surfaces subjected to low-to-medium sliding speeds, applications prone to stick-slip, and components under high static and dynamic loads. The product can also be used in applications exposed to heat and as an assembly aid in various machine building operations. Application Instructions: Surface Preparation: Clean and degrease all surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion. Application: Apply a thin, even layer of Lusin® Lub PZO 152 to the desired areas. Maintenance: For cleaning, it is recommended to use Lusin® Clean L 23 F as a mold cleaning agent and Lusin® Clean L 11 or Lusin® Clean L 52 F as degreasers.
