Product Details
Shreyash Machine Tools manufactures the M1tr Turret Type Milling Machines and available for immediate shipment. The frame carries a 2 H.P. motor and electrical package. A three gallon reservoir holds coolant. The main spindle measures 2.5 inches across and uses an MT 3 taper to hold cutters with minimal run out. Six fixed speed steps turn the spindle from 60 up to 545 revolutions per minute. The table spans 42 inches in length and 9 inches in width - three tee slots, each 0.5 inch wide, run along its surface. Hand wheels give 19 inches of longitudinal travel, 15 inches of vertical lift and 7 inches of cross movement. The entire turret head rotates 45 degrees to the left and 45 degrees to the right from centre. A one inch arbor ships with the machine. Two separate longitudinal feed rates are built in. All components mount on a base that occupies 35 by 20 inches of floor space - the total height reaches 60 inches. The assembly weighs 1000 kilograms - it remains steady during cutting operations in the workshop.
