MACHT is proud to present newly launched CNC Turning Centre - MT - 15Philosophy behind the machineMACHT has been in Machine Tool Building for the past 14 Years and has build an extensive Knowledgebase over the years in precision Machine Building. We wanted to develop a Machine which has a good Chip Producing Capacity and is rigid and accurate enough to perform in the toughest of conditions. With MT 15 we believe we have developed a Work Horse with toughness and precision to match.We have based our design on the Modular Concept so as to impart flexibility to take on variety of components as well as build a machine that is Automation Ready which we see as the coming future. We can offer the machine as a standard unit as well as a completely tooled up solution to our customer's specific requirements.Features: Machine Base:- Single Unit Precision Welded Stress Relieved Structure reinforced with Granite to impart the rigidity and damping properties essential for High Speed Machining. The bed weighs ca. 4 TonsMain Spindle Unit:- The Spindle Unit runs on Precision Angular Contact Bearings greased for life. The Bar Capacity of this Spindle matches the world standard of 40 mm, with a Front Bearing Size of 90 mm. The Spindle has a max RPM of 5000Slide System:- The Slide System is fitted with Precision LM Roller Guideways as well as precision pre-loaded Ball Screws, which are suited to take heavy cuts of upto 5 mm on Radius on medium Carbon SteelThe Machine can be offered with many Add-on Features such as : Linear Position Readout System for X Axis for better accuracies on DiameterPost Process Measuring System with Auto Tool Correction for uninterrupted Production and betterProcess ControlLive ToolingHeavy Duty Imported Turret for better accuracy and chip producing capacityTool Wear Checking System
