Magnetic separators are a specialized magnetic belt conveyor used to sort aggregate, typically ore dust and/or loose mixtures. A short belt magnetized by electromagnetic rollers is used to first convey material from some feed point, and then sort the material based on its magnetic constituents. A magnetic separator is a device that uses a magnet to remove impurities and other magnetic materials from metal. Magnetic separators can be used before, during and after the production of a material and can be adjusted to attract different types of magnetic materials at different intensity levels.
