It provides a clear and reliable visual indication of oil levels without direct exposure of the internal fluid to the external environment. �� Description: A Magnetic Oil Level Gauge typically consists of the following key components: Float Mechanism: A float inside the tank moves up or down with the oil level. The float contains a magnet or is magnetically coupled to the indicator mechanism. Magnetic Coupling: The movement of the float inside the tank is magnetically transmitted to the external indicator, eliminating the need for a direct mechanical connection. This ensures a sealed system, ideal for preventing oil leakage or contamination. Indicator Dial or Tube: Located externally, often with graduated markings like "LOW," "NORMAL," and "HIGH." The indicator (pointer or colored level) moves in response to the float's position. Some models include temperature compensation to provide accurate readings in changing environments. Construction Materials: Typically made from corrosion-resistant materials like stainless steel or brass. Transparent windows may be made from toughened glass or polycarbonate.
