Built with high-quality SS304 contact parts and durable SS202 frame construction, this roaster ensures hygiene and longevity, making it an ideal choice for commercial food processing. Equipped with three powerful heaters generating 9 kW of energy, this roaster reaches temperatures up to 250°C, perfect for uniform roasting. The machine is operated by a 0.5 HP three-phase electric motor, providing smooth and consistent rotation of the roasting bowl. With a bowl size of 20 x 28 inches and adjustable bowl rotation speed from 5 to 30 RPM, this roaster accommodates various roasting needs, from chili, coriander, turmeric, and ginger to nuts like peanuts, almonds, pistachios, and cashews, as well as grains such as wheat, dal, and more.
