Product Details
The provided plant is used to make as mango pulp, mango slice, and mango concentrate, mango juice and puree, mango chutney and for washing, sorting, destoning, pasteurization, filling & packaging.Mangoes are processed into purée for re-manufacturing into products such as nectar, juice, squash, jam, jelly and dehydrated products. The purée can be preserved by chemical means, or frozen, or canned and stored in barrels.The preparation process includes cutting, de-stoning, refining and packing. In case of an aseptic product, the pulp is sterilized and packed in aseptic bags. The refined pulp is also packed in cans, hermetically sealed and retorted. Frozen pulp is pasteurized and deep-frozen in plate freezers.The mango juice production process covers sorting, peeling and destoning, softening, pulping, homogenization, degassing, sterilization, filling and packing, cooling. AGICO provide whole set of mango juice production line.
