The Manual Capsule Filling Machine fills pharmaceutical capsules with consistent movements. The machine consists of stainless steel 316 that meets sanitary requirements. It contains 300 holes in a 25 by 12 pattern. Three loading trays are part of the system. The design follows Good Manufacturing Practice standards. Operators fill as many as 6000 capsules during one hour. It accommodates capsules from size 00 to size 5. Because of the construction, the metal resists wear over a long time. The equipment occupies a small amount of space - this machine functions reliably during the filling process.
